Do you publish prices on the website?
No. Research materials are quoted per order because price depends on quantity, purity grade, format (carrier-free, tagged, bulk) and destination. Send us the product and quantity and you will receive a quotation within one business day.
Can I order a small evaluation quantity?
Yes. Evaluation and pilot sizes are available for research groups who want to qualify a lot against their existing assay before committing to a larger order. Mention that it is an evaluation when you enquire.
What documentation comes with a shipment?
A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, a commercial invoice and a packing list. HPLC, MS and SDS-PAGE data, MSDS/SDS and a certificate of origin are available on request.
How is the material shipped?
Lyophilised proteins are shipped by international express courier with appropriate temperature control where required. Buffer and preservative lines ship at ambient temperature. Tracking is provided for every shipment.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 business days, confirmed on your quotation. Custom production and bulk quantities usually take two to four weeks; the lead time is confirmed on your quotation.
What purity can you provide?
Purity is stated per lot on the CoA, with HPLC and SDS-PAGE data available. If your application needs a specific purity or endotoxin level, state it in your enquiry and we will confirm what the lot can meet.
Are the products suitable for IVD manufacturing or clinical use?
Our materials are supplied for research use and in-vitro diagnostic development only. They are not manufactured under GMP, they are not a finished diagnostic, and they are not intended for human or animal therapeutic use.
Can you provide the same lot again for a later reorder?
Where stock allows, yes — a consistent lot reduces re-validation work in assay development. Ask us to reserve a validated lot when you place your first order and we will confirm availability.
Do you supply quantities larger than the catalog packaging?
Yes. Bulk quantities and custom packaging are available for diagnostic development and production scale-up. Tell us your annual requirement and we will quote accordingly.
