Can you supply a specific purity or endotoxin level?
State the requirement in your enquiry and we will confirm what the lot can meet before you order. Endotoxin grades below 0.1 EU/µg require additional process control and are quoted accordingly.
Do you provide activity data for every product?
No — and we will not claim otherwise. Availability varies by product and by lot. Where activity data exists for a requested item, we will send it with the quotation; where it does not, we will say so.
Can you reserve a validated lot for future reorders?
Where stock allows, yes. Tell us at the time of your first order and we will confirm availability rather than promising it after the fact.
Can you recommend a format for my application?
That is the question we would rather you ask than guess at. Describe the downstream use — antibody pairing, calibrator, cell stimulation, structural work — and we will recommend a specification, including when a cheaper grade is genuinely sufficient.
Do you offer custom expression or conjugation?
Custom and bulk requirements are handled by enquiry rather than as catalog items. Send the target, quantity and timeline and we will tell you whether we can serve it or not.
