Documentation-first supply
University procurement runs on documents. Every shipment is backed by a complete quality package, so your institution can file, audit and reproduce.
Lot-specific CoA
A Certificate of Analysis accompanies every batch, stating the lot number, the characterisation methods used and the results. HPLC, MS and SDS-PAGE data are available on request.
Specialist manufacturing partners
Raw materials come from dedicated IVD antigen, antibody and reagent manufacturers — specialist producers, not open-market trading. Manufacturer certificates available on request.
Cold-chain logistics
Lyophilised proteins ship worldwide with appropriate temperature control and documentation; buffer and preservative lines ship at ambient temperature.
Research-use compliance
Clear RUO and IVD-development labelling. Documentation for customs and institutional procurement is prepared with every order.
Evaluation samples
Evaluation quantities for research groups who need to qualify a lot against their existing assay before committing to a larger order.
Technical support
Direct access to answer questions on purity, format, reconstitution, buffer compatibility and assay interference.

Who manufactures the material we ship
We are a supplier, not a manufacturer — and we would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise. Materials are produced by dedicated IVD antigen, antibody and reagent manufacturers operating their own quality systems. Our role is specification, sourcing and documentation: we match the material to your application and make sure the paperwork travels with it.
What we can provide
The manufacturer's certificates where they exist, the batch CoA for the lot shipped, and their safety documentation. Batch traceability is recorded on the Certificate of Analysis that ships with the lot.
What we cannot provide
Our own ISO or GMP certificates, batch-release data issued in our name, or regulatory filing packages. If your programme requires these, tell us at the first enquiry and we will say straight away whether we can serve it.
Why this is worth saying
A specialist supplier who is honest about the boundary is easier to work with than one who blurs it. If we cannot meet a requirement, you will hear it before you spend time on an evaluation.
